SUMMARY:Historic Homes Rehabilitation Tax Credit Workshop
DESCRIPTION:On Wednesday\, June 6\, at 5:30pm the Norwich Historical Society\, the Norwich Historic District Commission\, and the State Historic Preservation Office will host a workshop about the Historic Homes Rehabilitation Tax Credit program in the Community Room at the Otis Library. The tax credit program provides for a 30% return on expenses associated with rehabilitating owner-occupied one- to four-family homes listed on the State or National Register of Historic Places. This hour and a half workshop will detail the program’s benefits\, qualifying work\, and application process. \nThank you to Otis Library for the use of the community room!
