DESCRIPTION:We announced some BIG NEWS at our Annual Meeting. The Norwich Historical Society Board of Directors is pleased to announce that our Consultant\, Regan Miner\, has been named part time Executive Director of the Norwich Historical Society! Regan has been a Consultant for NHS since 2014 and under her direction\, NHS was able to open the Norwich Heritage & Regional Visitors’ Center and complete the Walk Norwich\, CT Trail System. Regan is a proud Norwich na-tive and is passionate about Norwich’s rich history. NHS is serious about taking Norwich’s heritage tourism initiatives to the next level and officially naming Regan as our Executive Director was the first step. \nPlease join us in congratulating Regan at Café Otis on April 29\, 2019 from 5:00pm – 6:30pm. Pop in anytime\, this is a free event\, but you may want to enjoy some food or drink while you are there.
