Completed in 1873\, the building features “dungeon-like” cells in the basement\, French Second Empire architecture\, and many of the original furnishings. It is a true masterpiece of craftsmanship punctuated with a gold clock tower. Join city leaders on this engaging tour. Ages 10 years and up only. Note: access into the clock tower is not permitted.
